Rick Potvin has a coherent exploration of the anomalous financial structure in the cryonics movement where a handful of wealthy cryonicists plan to lock up fortunes in reanimation trusts (RT's), yet they supposedly expect to depend on financially vulnerable cryonics organizations to keep them in suspension until revival becomes medically feasible, if ever. Rick makes sense when he draws attention to this situation and has led me to wonder if, in fact, the cryonicists with RT's consider the rest of us expendable. I have not gotten a satisfactory explanation of this setup which would lead to more benign interpretations.
